Reclaiming the Authentic Self
A Weekly NARM Process Group for Growth and Connection
Are you tired of feeling "functionally stuck"?
Many of us arrive in adulthood from "fine" childhoods only to find ourselves navigating a persistent sense of disconnection. We become experts at performing roles—the achiever, the caretaker, the easy one—while our true selves remain tucked away for safekeeping.
If you feel like you are surviving your life rather than living it, you aren't broken. You are likely operating out of survival patterns that were once brilliant solutions to your environment, but now keep you from the connection you crave.
What We Explore Together:
This group uses the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) to bridge the gap between your mind’s logic and your heart’s experience. We focus on the "here and now" to help you:
Identify Relational Patterns: Uncover the "autopilot" behaviors that impact your boundaries and intimacy.
Restore Self-Connection: Move from self-criticism to a compassionate understanding of your internal world.
Shift Survival Loops: Gently thaw the "functional freeze" and reclaim your agency and vitality.
Build Authentic Community: Practice being seen and heard in a safe, supportive group container.
