Weekly NARM® process group for adults

Many of us arrive in adulthood from "fine" childhoods only to find ourselves navigating a persistent sense of disconnection. We become experts at performing roles—the achiever, the caretaker, the easy one—while our true selves remain tucked away for safekeeping.

If you feel like you are surviving your life rather than living it, you aren't broken. You are likely operating out of survival patterns that were once brilliant solutions to your environment, but now keep you from the connection you crave.

Practicing presence together:

A flyer titled 'Reclaiming Your Authentic Self' promoting a weekly online NARM® process group for growth and connection, with bullet points about identifying relational patterns, restoring self-connection, shifting survival loops, and building authentic community. The flyer features a heart-shaped image of a desert landscape with cacti and a QR code for more information.

This group is a living laboratory for those who are ready to practice the authentic experience of self socially in real-time. Moving beyond individual sessions, we gather to navigate the nuances of connection, agency, and vulnerability within a social dynamic.
