services

Healing from complex trauma isn't about managing symptoms or learning better coping strategies — it's about working at the root. Every service at Heart Minding Therapy is grounded in NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a body-based approach that works directly with the nervous system, identity, and relational patterns shaped by complex and developmental trauma. Whether you're coming alone, with a partner, or ready for the unique depth of group work, the goal is the same: genuine and lasting change.

Individual Therapy
$0.00

Complex trauma develops over time rather than from a single event during formative years. It shapes how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world. CPTSD is primarily held in the nervous system more than in conscious memory, which is why talking about it often isn't enough.

Individual sessions at Heart Minding Therapy use the NARM® approach to work with trauma where it's actually held: in the body, in identity, and in adaptive relational patterns that often link back to early development and generations past. This is not surface-level symptom management. It's deep, relationally grounded work for adults living with CPTSD, developmental trauma, or the persistent sense that something fundamental is in the way.

Sessions are offered in person in Austin's West End neighborhood, close to downtown.

NARM® Process Groups
$0.00

Group therapy offers something individual work cannot: the lived experience of being witnessed and met by others. NARM®-based process groups at Heart Minding Therapy are small, closed, ongoing professionally-facilitated therapeutic experiences designed to foster personal growth, social and emotional connection.

Three groups are currently offered. Each group meets weekly for 80 minutes and has limited membership to support depth and intimacy.

  • Tuesdays 3 pm; Online/hybrid group limited to seven members

  • Wednesdays 1:30 pm in-person group limited to five members

  • Thursdays 8:30 am in-person group limited to five members
